Our Story & Vision

Radiant Breeze Improv was born from a handful of passionate performers who saw firsthand how improv could transform confidence, spark creativity, and unite people from all walks of life. Inspired by a desire to share the joy, we’ve built a space where laughter, personal growth, and brave self-expression are at the heart of every class. Our mission is to help you play boldly and authentically—whether you're new to improv or a seasoned player. We believe improv is not just an art form but a way of living curiously and courageously every single day.

Meet the Team

Emma Lee – Founder & Lead Instructor

A National Improv Festival Award winner, Emma has helped over 1,500 students find their spark on stage. Her vision for Radiant Breeze Improv: to uplift and connect Sydney through spirited, accessible improv experiences.

David Tran – Community Director & Instructor

David specializes in collaborative storytelling and group dynamics. He believes everyone can benefit from improv, regardless of background or age. His energetic classes inspire participants to stretch beyond their comfort zones.

Lily Chen – Youth Programs Facilitator

Lily heads our youth programs, fostering creativity, empathy, and communication skills in Sydney’s next generation of performers. She’s known for creating safe, inspiring spaces for young people to experiment and shine.
